Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

Access Requirements

Navigation Path

Side Menu → Reports → Historical Reports → Clients

Viewing Your Historical Reports

Historical Reports lists every report export generated for your account, whether you requested it manually or it was delivered on a schedule.

  1. Navigate to Reports in the side menu.
  2. Select Historical Reports.
  3. Choose the Clients tab.
  4. Select Manual to see on-demand export requests, or Automatic to see scheduled deliveries configured under Notifications Reports.
  5. Review each row's Status. Once it shows Completed, click the download icon in the Actions column to get the file.

Why a Report Ends Up Here

The Activity, Transaction Detail, Balance, Projected Balance, and FIDES reports only download directly from the browser when a search returns 15,000 rows or fewer. If your search exceeds that limit, clicking Export doesn't download the file immediately. Instead, the request is queued and appears here once it's ready.

Table Columns

Each row in Historical Reports shows:

  • Report: The report type, for example Activity or Balance.
  • Notification Type: How the report was delivered, Email or FTP. Only shown for Automatic reports; the column doesn't appear for Manual requests.
  • Requested At: Date and time the export was requested.
  • Report Details: The filters applied to the request, when available.
  • Format: File format, Excel or CSV.
  • Status: Processing state, for example Completed.
  • Actions: Download icon to retrieve the file once the status is Completed.
