How Payment Links Work
Step 1: Create Payment Link

Step 2: Share with Customer
What happens: Send the payment link to your customer via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any messaging platform.
Step 3: Customer Payment
What happens: Customer clicks the link and is directed to a secure checkout page where they can select their preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation
What happens: Receive instant confirmation when the payment is successful. Transaction details are automatically recorded in your dashboard.
Important Guidelines
Payment Deadlines
Important: The payment must be completed within 8 hours of the link being opened for the first time. After this period elapses, the link will expire and become invalid.
Action Required: To collect payment, you must generate and share a new payment link with the customer.
Transaction Tracking
Once processed, monitor your payment's status using its Transaction ID (internalId) or the externalId in case you provided it when creating the Payment Link. Track payments through:
