Managing Your Payout Batch Requests

View Activity Reports

Follow these steps to access your Payout Batch Requests activity data:

1. Navigate to the PayOut section from the main menu.
2. Within PayOut, select Create.
3. Click on the Batch Activity section to view your payout batch request history.
4. Apply relevant filters to refine your search results.
5. Review the displayed payout batch requests matching your criteria.
6. Click the View button to review the payout batch request details.
7. Review the transaction information, including:
   • Batch Information: Status, file name, account number, number of transactions, and total amount.
   • Transaction Status Summary: The percentage of transactions in each status.
   • Transactions Processed: The percentage of transactions that have been processed.
   • Payment Information: External ID, beneficiary details, bank account information, currency, amount, result, and details.
8. Click the View Warnings icon to open the details panel.
9. A list of the specific warning details will be displayed.

Available Filters

Refine your payout batch request activity search using the following criteria:

• Client: Originating client name
• Country: Source country for the payouts request
• Account: Target account identifier
• Status: Draft, Discarded, Cancelled, Pending Authorization, Authorized, and Processed.
• Date Range: Specific time period for requests history
