Wire In Activity

Gain full visibility and control over your incoming wire in transactions. Track statuses, monitor for issues, and manage transactions efficiently.

  • Authorization privileges for approval workflows

Managing Your Wire Ins

View and Export Wire In Reports

Follow these steps to access and download your wire in activity data:

  1. Navigate to the Settlement & Exchange module.
  2. Select the Wire In section.
  3. Click on the Activity tab to view your Wire In history and pending transactions.
  4. Apply relevant filters to refine your search results.
  5. Review the displayed transactions matching your criteria.

To export the data:

  1. Click the Export button.
  2. Choose your preferred File Type and toggle Loaded Rows Only if you want to export only the currently displayed results.
  3. Click Export to download the report.

Approve or Cancel Wire In

Important

Authorization requires a different user than the wire in creator, with appropriate security permissions.

To process a pending wire in:

  1. Navigate to the Settlement & Exchange module.
  2. Select the Wire In section.
  3. Click on the Activity tab to view your Wire In history and pending transactions.
  4. Use filters to locate pending authorization transactions.
  5. Click the Edit icon in the Actions column for the desired transaction.
  6. Select the New Status:
    • Pending Credit: to approve and process the transaction.
    • Canceled: to reject and cancel the transaction.
  7. Click Confirm to update the wire in status. A success message will confirm the status change.

Available Filters

Refine your wire in activity search using the following criteria:

  • Country: Account Holder's Country
  • Status: Pending Auth, Pending Credit, Rejected, Completed, Canceled, Expired, and Approved
  • Date Range: Specific time period for transaction history
  • Smart Search: Find transactions by their Internal or External ID.
