Internal Transfer Activity
The Internal Transfer Activity page provides a comprehensive view of all internal fund movements between accounts.
This interface allows you to track, monitor, and manage transfer operations across domestic and foreign transactions, ensuring complete visibility and control over your organization's fund movements.

Before you begin, ensure you have:
Access Requirements
- Valid credentials for the Localpayment Dashboard
- User account with appropriate security settings permissions
Additional Requirements
- Existing internal transfers in the system
- Authorization privileges for approval workflows

Managing Your Internal Transfers
View and Export Internal Transfer Reports
Follow these steps to access and download your transfer activity data:
- Navigate to the Settlement & Exchange module from your dashboard home.
- Select the Internal Transfer section to access transfer management features.
- Click on the Activity tab to view your transfer history and pending transactions.
- Apply relevant filters to refine your search results.
- Review the displayed transactions matching your criteria.
To export the data:
- Click the Export button.
- Choose your preferred File Type and toggle Loaded Rows Only if you want to export only the currently displayed results.
- Click Export to download the report.
Step 1
Navigate to the Settlement & Exchange module from your dashboard home.

Approve or Cancel Internal Transfers
Important
Authorization requires a different user than the transfer creator, with appropriate security permissions.
To process pending transfers:
- Navigate to the Settlement & Exchange module from your dashboard home.
- Select the Internal Transfer section to access transfer management features.
- Click on the Activity tab to view your transfer history and pending transactions.
- Use filters to locate pending authorization transfers.
- Click the Edit icon in the Actions column for the desired transfer.
- Select the New Status:
- Completed - to approve and process the transfer.
- Canceled - to reject and cancel the transfer.
- Click Save to update the transfer status. A success message will confirm the status change.

Available Filters
Refine your transfer activity search using the following criteria:
- Transfer Type: Domestic or Foreign
- From Country: Source country for the transfer
- From Client: Originating client name
- Status: Pending Authorization, Completed, and Canceled
- To Country: Destination country for the transfer
- To Client: Receiving client name
- To Account: Target account identifier
- Date Range: Specific time period for transaction history
