Track and manage your refunds. Filter the list by country, processing status, or date to quickly find and review specific transaction details.

Before you begin, ensure you have:
Access Requirements
- Valid credentials for the Localpayment Dashboard
- User account with appropriate security settings permissions

Managing Your Payin Refund Requests
View Activity Reports
Follow these steps to access and download your refund activity data:
- Navigate to the PayIn module from the main dashboard menu.
- Within the PayIn module, select the Refunds section from the submenu.
- Click on the Activity Report section to view your refund information.
- Apply relevant filters to refine your search results.
- Review the displayed refunds matching your criteria.
- Click the View button.
- Review the refund information, including:
- Batch Information: Status, source, number of transactions, and total amount.
- Transaction Status Summary: The percentage of transactions in each status.
- Transactions Processed: The percentage of transactions that have been processed.
- Payment Information: External ID, beneficiary details, bank account information, currency, amount, result, and details.
- Click the View Warnings icon to open the details panel.
- A list of the specific warning details will be displayed.

Available Filters
Refine your refund activity search using the following criteria:
- Client: Originating client name
- Country: Source country for the refund request
- Date Range: Specific time period for request history
- Batch ID: Specific batch ID
